The hotel is conveniently located near the center, bars, and restaurants. the staff was helpful throughout my stay. They offer a wide variety of delicious breakfast options that will satisfy everyone. the overall service provided was excellent. the hotel is situated in a big mall with plenty of entertainment options. the restaurant Piccolino Trattoria is just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy a meal nearby.

Had an excellent stay for business trip, everything was perfect. The location was central, just next door to many restaurants, bowling clubs, karaoke clubs, a shopping mall and the commercial centre. It also was right in the center of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location, right in the center of a bustling shopping mall, was incredibly convenient. We were able to easily access shops, entertainment, and dining options without having to travel far. The service was top-notch, with room service available, a helpful reception staff, and efficient housekeeping. We were impressed by the range of amenities offered, including a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The hotel also had a casino and a night club, providing plenty of entertainment options during our stay.

karaoke night was noisy

the fancy style and coherence of the establishment created a truly magical atmosphere. the room was clean and well-planned, with a high ceiling and a large window. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the location is convenient, with parking available. the breakfast offered was delicious and reasonably priced at UAH 120. the reception staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our bags before and after check-in.

This hotel was incredibly comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The AC worked really well, keeping the room at the perfect temperature. The bed was exceptionally comfy and the room itself was stunning. The hotel had a modern Ukrainian chic design with gold and silver accents, panoramic windows, and large mirrors. It was conveniently located in the middle of the town with many restaurants, bowling clubs, and karaoke clubs nearby. Despite being situated above a shopping mall, we experienced no noise in the room. The hotel was clean and the room equipment was new. The staff, while not overly friendly, responded swiftly to our requests. The room, although a bit small, had comfortable bedding and pillows. The "flowers-and-birds" restaurant was a unique touch with live canaries in cages. The staff in general were amazing, providing excellent service. this hotel was a shining light in a disastrous trip and I would definitely book it again if I returned to the area.

The hotel was located in a great spot right in the middle of a large shopping center and close to many other attractions. the room was clean and modern and the bathroom was spotless. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast served in our room, a cool touch.

The room lacked storage space and we had to use a shelf in the middle of the room to keep our clothes. We also had trouble sleeping due to noise coming from the nightclub located under the hotel.

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, cute, and helpful. I loved the gorgeous breakfast with live music , made my mornings feel special.
